Jonathan Edwards (1703-1758) is America’s greatest theologian. Known largely as the preacher of “Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God,” many dismissed him as cruel and bitter. But there is vastly more to this thinker and church leader, and Christians continue to read and discuss his writings.
