Ambassador Ahmed, Ibn Khaldun Chair of Islamic Studies at American University and former Pakistan High Commissioner to the UK and Ireland, presents the urgent need for interfaith dialogue today, in hopes of fostering bridge-building and understanding of the “other.” NOTE: Professor Ahmed's poem, "What is it That I Seek," which failed to play due to technical problems at the outset of his presentation, has been edited in to this video production of his presentation.

"America’s Theologian: The Importance of Jonathan Edwards for the Church Today"

Jonathan Edwards (1703-1758) is America’s greatest theologian. Known largely as the preacher of “Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God,” many dismissed him as cruel and bitter. But there is vastly more to this thinker and church leader, and Christians continue to read and discuss his writings. Dr. Crocco is Director, Yale University Divinity Library and spoke at National Presbyterian Church on June 12, 2016.
